My Fasting Journal - Day 9

Weight= 118lbs
It seemed like my weight has stabilized at 118 lbs. I thought I had more fat in my body.
Our house looked like an abandoned house because of the overgrown grass. Karan was my hero today. He mowed the lawn (for the first time in his life) while I trimmed the edges. The freshly mowed lawn looked so green and neat.
I bought a dry brush from Thymely Solutions. Part of the detox program is to brush my skin daily to get rid of the toxins. I felt good in spending a moment to pamper myself. Everyone should invest a little time on himself/herself everyday. It’s only when you feel good about yourself and with that confidence, you are able to give.
What brings two people together and what separates them? If I’ve done my best, then there’s no point worrying about other factors that I have no control over. Life takes everybody in directions that could be unpredictable. That’s life. Life goes on, so live it to the fullness everyday.
